Anxiety and Stress Relief: Begin With a Choice

After a long period of my life being under the rule of anxiety and stress, I want to encourage you to deal with it, because I did it and I can surly tell you that it was a success! really.

I’ve tried many methods and got help from PRO’s and this days I can say that I’m mostly free from anxiety and stress in my life.

Beginners Choice

As you begin to deal with anxiety and stress, the first big and important step is to make a choice. This is the most important thing I have learnt – it depends on you. Make a choice that you want to deal with it, to treat it and cure it as much as you will be able to and get rid of anxiety and stress.

Practice Your Choice

You must tell yourself out loud you want to live the rest of your life without stress and anxiety. Tell yourself that it is the decision you made:

I have decided to live my life without anxiety and stress from now on” and repeat it loud several times a day until you will start to feel that you say it without any effort or strain.

Imagine Your Life Without Anxiety

Also, try to sit down and relax for a couple of minutes, close your eyes (or not, as you feel) and try to imagine your life without anxiety and stress. Imagine:

  • what you will be able to do if you won’t have any restriction of anxiety?
  • Where could you go or visit?
  • How does it feel?

and so on…

After a while, this choice will lead you to the next step of finding an efficient treatment which help you to get rid of anxiety. Take your time.
